Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and develop our sales team while driving consistent growth in revenue, gross profit, and customer satisfaction. The position will be to be to join our Sales Management team at our Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac dealership at 19990 Langley Bypass. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a strong track record in automotive sales, desking deals, inventory management, and performance coaching.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Desk deals, structure transactions, and ensure profitability while maintaining compliance
Monitor and manage sales metrics including closing ratios, gross profit, volume, and CSI
Collaborate with F&I, service, and marketing departments to maximize performance
Conduct daily sales meetings and one-on-one performance reviews
Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the sales process
Maintain knowledge of manufacturer programs, incentives, and market trends
Qualifications
Valid VSA License
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong desking and deal-structuring experience
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Deep understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
