Our team designs and manufactures large-scale industrial equipment used across North America — from electrified oil & gas systems to mobile and modular power generation technologies. Our products operate in some of the toughest environments in the world — and we’re looking for skilled hands to help build them.

Propell is looking for Welder Journeypersons to join our Calgary manufacturing team as part of our afternoon shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Read and interpret production drawings, work orders and other manufacturing specifications to accurately layout, weld and fabricate product, sub-assemblies and components for manufacturing
Operate welding equipment and other metalworking tools and machinery
Ensure quality and other necessary documentation is completed
Attend training, production and safety meetings as required
Maintain safe work procedures at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

Journeyperson Trade Certificate
CWB ticket(s)
3+ years of experience in welding and/or fabrication an asset
Able to interpret and follow written instructions and engineering drawings
Strong knowledge and skill in operating all metalworking machinery
Strong attention to detail
Able to work well in both independent and team environments
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
