Requirements
· Current member in good standing with your professional college.
· Fully insured.
· A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to client care.
· Motivated and reliable; ability work independently.
· Comfortable working with telemedicine platform.
Job Responsibilities
· Conducting initial consultations and gathering important client information
· Diagnosing mental health disorders and developing individualized treatment plans
· Leading therapy sessions with clients individually, as couples, in groups, or with families
· Assessing a client’s progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
· Working with other healthcare professionals and family members to support clients' well-being
· Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of clients' treatment and progress
· Providing longitudinal care in the form of synchronous/asynchronous check-ins and monitoring
- Research skills to stay informed on best practices in therapy
- Understanding of special education practices
