About Quayle’s Brewery Quayle’s Brewery is a small but growing craft brewery located in the hills of Oro-Medonte. We feature an outdoor patio, taproom, and event space, making us a destination for visitors and a gathering place for the local community.

Responsibilities
As a kitchen team member, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Providing exceptional service to all brewery guests
- Performing opening and closing procedures
- Preparing a variety of menu items under the direction of the chef
- Serving menu items in line with established standards and portion sizes
- Notifying the chef in advance of any anticipated shortages
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen and storage areas
- Following safe and hygienic food handling practices at all times
- Assisting with general duties and special projects as required
Qualifications
- A passion for great food and craft beer
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Availability for a rotating schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
