Job Summary

Ramada by Wyndham 100 Mile House is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in delivering excellent service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Make, modify, and confirm reservations
Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Process payments and verify credit card authorizations
Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest accounts
Post charges to guest rooms and balance accounts
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
Monitor lobby activity and maintain a secure environment
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Follow hotel policies and procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (experience with hotel PMS systems is an asset)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
