*Part time position available for administration and sales support for our plumbing company - 2 to 3 days a week
*Start immediately - Wage based on experience and skill set
*Receptionist tasks : including answering phones, and email correspondence in a friendly manner
*Scheduling and confirming site visits with clients
*Receiving and sorting incoming mail and deliveries
*Communicating details & scheduling with clients, co-workers and management
*Reasonable data-entry skills are required, SAGE experience is an asset
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
*Excellent communication skills required - Verbal and Written
*Must be organized and efficient
*Must be comfortable with occasionally doing supply pickups in Calgary with company van at our suppliers
*Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
*Order supplies and maintain inventory
*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
*Attention to detail and able to multi-task, as well as good time management
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
