Position Title: Remarketing Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Remote (in-office training required for the first week)
Salary Range: $58,000-$60,000
Summary:
The Remarketing Coordinator reports to the Manager of Remarketing. The Remarketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the on-hold report and making adjustments for units to be ready for sale. The individual will liaise with dealers and lessees to gather necessary documentation or information to enable account termination. The Remarketing Coordinator will also be responsible for timely follow-ups and for manufacturer guidelines’ compliance on vehicle returns. The position requires a good understanding of lease end options and a good knowledge of contractual obligations and end of term procedures.
Responsibilities/ Duties:
· Successfully actions and assists dealers with Lease Termination Program
· Successfully monitors and actions the grounding report
· Proactively engages and coordinates efforts with dealers to ensure grounded vehicles are terminated within set guidelines
· Engages Remarketing Department to maximize customer and dealer experience as well as mitigate disputes in the areas of vehicle returns, disposition, inspections, and wear and tear invoicing
· Advises direct supervisor on trends or concerns
· Ensures that accounts are ready to be invoiced accurately
· Monitors vehicle returns and ensures that accounts are released in a timely manner so the Accounting Department can process invoicing as required
· Ensures that all accounts are followed-up and moved in a timely and orderly fashion
· Makes adjustments to condition of the units so they are sold with proper declarations
· Prepares written correspondence, responds to emails, releasing accounts for pricing and invoicing
· Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements/ Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in automobile leasing or used car sales
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in both French and English
· Post secondary education in a related field
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Demonstrates customer centric approach to all lessee and dealer communications
· Strong knowledge of end of term process
· Ability to handle push backs in a professional manner
· Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and act with integrity
· Strong analytical and decision making skills
· Ability to plan, organize and multi-task
· Excellent attention to details
· Acts as liaison between dealers and lessees to foster and enhance communication, and maximize the overall customer experience
