Overview
Front End Cast are punctual, organized, animated, fun, and resourceful individuals who enjoy welcoming Guests with a smile, providing accurate information, and creating memorable experiences. You are often the first impression of Reptilia, and that impression matters.
This role is responsible for actively contributing to sales performance. Through strong guest engagement and product knowledge, you will identify opportunities to sell upgrades, promote programs, and recommend retail items that align with each Guest’s interests. You will also help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail and front end environment.
Guests with positive experiences tell a few people. Guests with negative experiences tell everyone. Your goal is to deliver exceptional service while supporting both guest satisfaction and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every Guest warmly and professionally
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person and on the phone
- Promote and sell memberships, camps, birthday parties, animal experiences, retail products, gift cards, and special offers
- Confidently recommend upgrades that enhance the Guest experience
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Maintain strong knowledge of programs, pricing, and promotions
- Keep the retail store, front desk, and guest areas clean, organized, and well merchandised
- Restock products and maintain visual standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
