As a Retail Sales and Visual Merchandiser at Bricks, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing the visual appeal of our store. Your responsibilities will include creating captivating displays, assisting customers with their needs, and contributing to a positive shopping atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising:
Design and implement visually appealing displays to showcase our products effectively.
Ensure all merchandise is presented in alignment with company standards and branding.
Regularly update displays to maintain a fresh and engaging shopping environment.
Collaborate with the marketing team to incorporate promotional materials and signage into displays.

Sales:
Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
Engage with customers to understand their preferences and guide them towards suitable products.
Utilize product knowledge to make informed recommendations and maximize sales opportunities.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Strive to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Stay informed about product features, benefits, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.

Inventory Management:
Assist with receiving shipments and organizing merchandise in the store.
Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
