Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Student to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to gain practical experience in various HR functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in updating essential HR documents and supporting daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities and Accountability
Policies and Procedures

Review human resources policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current practices, legislative compliance and adherence to documentation standards

Identify undocumented procedures, create a list with recommendations and present to the HR Manager for further direction

Where required, research and draft undocumented procedures by collaborating with the HR team and other stakeholders

Update the Employee Handbook to accurately reflect the local organization’s policies, procedures, and benefits

Partner with the HR team to develop and execute a communication rollout plan for all hourly employees
Job Descriptions

Review and identify outdated job descriptions for all active positions within the local organization

Update current role descriptions in collaboration with the HR team, the applicable incumbents and managers

Utilize the LVMH Jobs & Skills Referential, internal AI tool and credible regional resources to draft and standardize the local job descriptions
Administrative Support

Provide support to the HR team with recruitment administration, new hire onboarding, digital file organization, etc.

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience (academic or professional) in HR-related projects or administrative roles.

Familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.
