What you’ll do
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow sites to standard
- Weed garden beds, cultivate, and apply mulch/top-ups as required
- Prune shrubs and small trees (seasonal and corrective pruning)
- Spring and fall cleanups (bed cleanouts, leaf removal, cutbacks, debris hauling)
- Monitor plant and turf health, report issues (pests, disease, irrigation concerns)
- Load/unload tools and materials, keep the truck/trailer organized
- Operate equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, edger's, etc.)
- Follow safety requirements, PPE, and jobsite hazard controls
- Communicate professionally with teammates, supervisors, and customers on site
What we’re looking for
- 1+ seasons of landscape maintenance experience (preferred, will train the right person)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality
- Good attitude and team-first mindset (we value growth, values, and motivation in every hire)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience with commercial sites is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
