Roadsport Honda is seeking a Car Dealership Upgrade Specialist to join our team. This is a unique, high-impact role that sits between the service department and the sales floor, engaging customers already visiting our dealership and helping them upgrade into a newer vehicle, often with little or no change to their current payment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage Service Customers: Connect with customers visiting for service and introduce vehicle upgrade opportunities in a professional, customer-first manner.
- Identify Upgrade Opportunities: Review customer profiles, vehicle ownership, and equity position to determine who may benefit from upgrading.
- Set Appointments & Drive Traffic: Book upgrade consultations with the sales team and ensure a smooth handoff process.
- Leverage the Customer Database: Use the dealership CRM and service schedule to identify and connect with customers who are strong upgrade candidates.
- Support the Sales Process: Assist in guiding customers through the upgrade journey, from first conversation to completed deal.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication and people skills
- High energy, motivation, and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Valid OMVIC License (mandatory for Ontario)
