Join our team as a Bookkeeper!

We are looking for a reliable bookkeeper with solid experience and a good understanding of basic accounting processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.

This position is responsible for supporting the dealership’s daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with routine accounting tasks. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work with accounting systems and spreadsheets. Experience in retail or automotive dealership accounting is considered an asset.

Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field is an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks / dealer accounting systems).
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
Automotive dealership experience is an asset but not required.

Posting credit card receipts
Posting bank transactions
Various reconciliations
Various other routine bookkeeping tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00 per hour
