Salary: Starting from $17.85 per hour
Shift: Overnight Monday to Friday 22:00 - 06:00

Position Summary

We are currently hiring for a full-time Overnight Security Guard position at Canada Goose (45 Commander Blvd, Scarborough), with an immediate start.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for visitors during overnight operations. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, customer-service oriented, and capable of handling incidents calmly and efficiently.

Required Qualifications

Valid Ontario Security Guard License
CPR/First Aid Certification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong report writing abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Strong observational and problem-solving skills
Previous concierge, condominium, or hotel security experience is an asset
Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned premises to ensure safety and security
Control access to the property and verify credentials
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, residents, and staff
Respond effectively to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns
Maintain a professional and visible presence on-site
Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports
Enforce company and site-specific policies and procedures
Coordinate with emergency services when necessary
Report hazards, maintenance concerns, and suspicious activity promptly
