WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Gather and evaluate the financial data of lease applicants including their earnings, savings, spending patterns, and payment history.
Review, process and make recommendations on Rental Applications.
Follow up with field teams to address missing or additional information as part of the application approval process.
Keep detailed records of approvals/declines and decisions in progress.
Support internal teams with residential activity such as move-ins, renewals, transfers, and move-out functions.
Review and reconcile resident lease data, information, and charges with their account and ledger entries.
Create and provide spreadsheet report summaries for residential activity.
Assist in improving operational systems, processes, and best practices.
Provide administrative support to operations teams and projects.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

Must have intermediate-level knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Suite products.
Self-directed with the ability to effectively manage your time and resources to ensure deadlines are met.
Ability to work on evenings and weekends.
Administrative Diploma or degree.
1-3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
Experience with rental applications is an asset.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
