Job Summary:
Join our team at The Cheesecake Cafe, a local Alberta-based company known for its diverse menu and delicious house-made cheesecakes. We are currently seeking a skilled Line Cook to assist in meal preparation and ensure the highest quality of food is served to our guests. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our kitchen's efficiency and contributing to an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for menu items as per recipes and guidelines
- Cook and plate dishes accurately and efficiently during service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position in the food industry
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
