Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our team in both full-time and part-time roles. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional guest service. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and friendly setting, with a focus on delivering memorable dining experiences.

Job Location: 1445 Portage Avenue

Server Requirements & Duties:

Required: Must have 2 or more years of serving experience.
Must be able to work weekend and holiday shifts, no late night shifts.
Must have a 'Smart Choices" certificate.
Must possess a strong work ethic & reliability and be able to work in a high-paced team environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Assist hosts in maintaining an inviting entrance area while warmly greeting guests and escorting them to their seats
Receive and submit orders using POS system.
Interact with other service and cooking staff to ensure speedy and effective operations so guests receive their food as safely, quickly and accurately as possible.
Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary.
Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept and process payments.
Perform cleaning & stocking duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, tidying up server station, taking out trash, stock service and dining areas

Pay: $16.00 per hour
