Tonyc Hair Studio located in Cambridge Mall.

Part-Time Flex Receptionist – Hair Salon

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Part-Time Flex Receptionist to join our salon team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment, enjoys working with people, and can adapt to a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients with a warm, positive attitude
Answer phones, book appointments, and manage salon scheduling
Handle client check-ins/check-outs and process payments
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist stylists and support daily salon operations
Respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently
Help create an exceptional guest experience from start to finish

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the customer service industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Comfortable using booking systems, POS systems, and handling cash/debit transactions
Open availability, including evenings and weekends
Previous salon or spa experience is an asset but not required
