Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the food service industry, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, attentive to sanitation standards, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Serve customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring excellent customer service
Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and upselling menu items
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards
Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently with effective time management
Restock supplies as needed and ensure all equipment is functioning properly

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Kitchen or food industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
