Full job description

MUST HAVE A CAR
Set daily and weekly priorities of work to be processed based on master schedule.
Instruct data entry clerks, Scanning Personnel and field operation staff for the same.
Ensure trip sheets and logs are picked up on time while scheduling same of clients and instructing field operations.
Assign data entry clerk to process logs and trip sheets on software based on priorities. Keep record for future accountabilities and verification purposes.
Set parameters for log auditing on software for log auditing and run audits on software.Generate violation reports and verify them with logs for any errors.Call drivers to discuss the reports with them for further remedial action such as trainings and or disciplinary action.
Ensure accuracy for entering data in software and run reports
Ensure submission of reports to respective jurisdictions are on time.
interview drivers and short list them.
Verify Abstracts as set by Dept of transportation and insurances
Arrange pre employment drug testing and review results and discuss with management.
Ensure accuracy of driver qualification file.
Review on road violations from NSC and in house violations based on monitor reports
Ensure that all violations on road are turned in and discussed with drivers.
In the event of any violation is hidden bring it to clients knowledge for disciplinary action.
In case of crash or accident generate facts and arrange review committees meeting for review.
Understand conclusion of review committee and act.
Arrange client and management meeting for performance measure as per DOT and NSC standards.
Prorate and permits
Selected candidate must possess:
Post-Secondary education required, specialization in Public Administration an asset;

Minimum two year of related experience in administration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
