This flexible, part-time position allows you to create your own schedule while providing personalized, in-home tutoring that makes a meaningful difference in students' lives.
Starting hourly rate for in-home tutoring: $24/hour
What You'll Do
- Deliver personalized tutoring sessions tailored to each student's needs.
- Serve as a mentor and positive role model, helping students build confidence and develop a passion for learning.
- Adapt teaching methods and strategies to accommodate different learning styles and academic goals.
Qualifications
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive, supportive learning environment.
Requirements
- Ability to provide in-home tutoring services.
- Must be located in Saskatoon, SK.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Current vulnerable sector police check, or willingness to obtain one.
Preferred Assets
- Graduate of, or currently enrolled in, a B.Ed., B.Sc., or B.Math. program.
