Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Technical Project & QA Coordinator to join our team. This role combines project coordination, client communication, quality assurance, and technical support responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, technically minded, and comfortable communicating with both clients and developers. You will help keep projects moving forward, ensure quality standards are met, and assist with day-to-day technical and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding day-to-day project updates
Perform QA checks on completed work before client delivery
Document bugs, issues, and developer feedback clearly and accurately
Handle incoming support/service calls and direct requests to the appropriate team member
Track project tasks, deadlines, and outstanding action items
Maintain communication between clients, developers, consultants, and management
Assist with project coordination and administrative support tasks
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final delivery reviews
Help identify project risks, delays, or scope changes early

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively
Comfortable communicating directly with clients
Basic understanding of software systems, APIs, databases, or technical workflows
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

Nice to Have

Experience with QA testing or bug reporting
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management
Understanding of hosting environments, DNS, SSL, or server administration
Exposure to PHP, Python, JavaScript, or scripting logic
Experience with technical documentation or process flowcharts
Previous experience in IT support, project coordination, or software environments
Knowledge of Russian an asset to facilitate communication with the offshore development team
