Wild Rose School Division Requires a
REGULAR PART TIME ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES II
for Evergreen Elementary School in Drayton Valley, Alberta

This position is covered by the Central Alberta Association of Municipal Employees Collective Agreement. Please note, current CAAMSE applicants may be considered over non-CAAMSE applicants. Applications are invited for a Regular Part Time Administrative Services II position at Evergreen Elementary School in Drayton Valley, Alberta. The position will be 22.5 hours/week spread out over 5 days. The work schedule will take the successful applicant’s needs into consideration. The start date will be August 24, 2026

Applications are invited for a Regular Part Time Administrative Services II position at Evergreen
Elementary School in Drayton Valley, Alberta. The preferred candidate will have a high school
diploma, supplemented by a related one year secretarial or business program, with a minimum of three years experience in a school or office environment. Equivalencies will be considered. The
successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
This position involves computer and financial literacy as well as the ability to learn software
programs, including spreadsheets and graphics. This is a front office position that requires the
ability to provide a welcoming and friendly reception to visitors, staff and students in a dynamic
environment.

A complete package will include cover letter, resume, names and contact information for three references, in a single google or pdf document.

The successful applicant will be required to provide original, satisfactory, and recent (within six months) Criminal Record and Intervention Record checks as a condition of employment.

This position will be open exclusively for internal applicants until 4:00 pm on June 3, 2026 at
