Job Overview
Windshield Surgeons is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Production Manager to oversee multiple locations and ensure operational excellence across all stores. We are hoping to expand our locations in the Calgary area and are looking for the right leader to oversee and implement this growth.
Reporting directly to the Owner and General Manager, the successful candidate will lead location teams, drive sales growth, maintain high customer service standards, and support the continued expansion of the company.
This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching teams, and is passionate about operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Performance
- Oversee daily operations of all Windshield Surgeons locations
- Assist in the process of finding and opening new locations
- Ensure all locations are meeting company sales and growth targets
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, and operational efficiency
- Step in to manage locations when required
- Assist with the setup and training for new locations
- Maintain high standards of customer service across all stores
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed consistently
- Leadership & Employee Development
- Train, coach, and support location managers and team leaders
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for new staff
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Develop improvement plans for underperforming employees or locations
- Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
- Support employee retention and professional developmentHealth & Safety
- Ensure all locations maintain safe working environments
- Enforce PPE and safety compliance standards
- Promote workplace cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
Communication & Administration
- Facilitate effective communication between locations and head office
- Submit daily operational reports
- Communicate policy updates and operational changes to teams
- Collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal departments
Qualifications
- Previous multi-location management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in operations management, retail management, or automotive service industries is considered an asset
- Ability to motivate teams and manage performance effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations as needed
