- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current criminal record check.
- Customer‑facing experience in hospitality, recreation, retail, events, or call centre is an asset.
- Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems.

- Valid ProServe certification.
- Work Environment:
- Primarily office-based, working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
- Frequent use of computer systems, phones, and other standard office equipment.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in variable weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snow, and wind.

- Standard hours are not guaranteed and vary each season throughout the year including weekdays, weekends, evenings, holidays, and irregular shifts.
