They have cameras everywhere and someone is always watching, waiting to catch one of us doing something “wrong”, like have a conversation with another co-worker. Befriending one another was highly discouraged. 
Never any positive reinforcement, only ever got complaints that we didn’t get enough done, comparing us all to one another other. I was told I got the least amount of work done out of everyone else, but when I asked a few people how much they did I found we were all told the same thing. I’m not sure the purpose of it because it definitely didn’t make anyone want to work harder. 
It’s just a bad environment overall, the only decent thing was the medical benefits (even though we didn’t have eye coverage, strange for a place where everyone is staring at a screen all day).
I even hated their “fancy” new building they’re so proud of. 
They gloat that they pay the best wages of anyone in the city for the position I was in, but I’ve found that wasn’t true either. 
Overall, this was a horrible experience for me and I’m disappointed in myself for staying so long. I know for a fact that I’m not the only one that feels this way.

This review applies to the Windsor, Ontario head office only. If you ever have an opportunity to work at this location, I recommend turning the position down unless you are absolutely desperate. There is no proper HR at this company to protect employees and if you have recommendations to improve working conditions or have any concerns, you are better off keeping those concerns to yourself as management will belittle you if you try to come forward with any issues or suggestions. Management is not flexible and they micro-manage their staff to the point where staff are afraid to talk or have any fun at work. Working there feels like a prison. The turnover of staff there is very high, especially since they moved into their new head office where there are security cameras installed everywhere. Management will tell you they don't watch the staff on camera but if you're seen talking just a little too much, don't be surprised if someone from upper management shows up at your desk to tell you to be quiet.

I really enjoyed working at All Risks and never had any issues. I was always treated well and was given all possible support that I needed. My managers were super attentive to details and resolved any concerns that I have had. They always listen to what workers have to say and make improvements. They give you enough time to learn everything, provide you with the opportunity to talk to management about your successes and concerns. They support your growth and reward your progress. You are always greeted with a smile and feel welcomed at All Risks. Thanks to All Risks and their amazing team, I was able to gain a lot of skills and I am thankful for my experience!

This is not a good place to work. This applies to the head office only in Windsor Ontario, as many of the branch offices are run by fantastic people.

There is no direction at this place. Management is non-existent, with the exception of walking around the office a few times a day to spread gossip and drama. Specifically the Vice President, who has little to no past experience running any sort of business and knows very little about the industry.

They are constantly looking for ways to skirt our regulatory body. Industry rules and norms are actively ignored.

Management here has absolutely no clue what they are doing. The workplace is toxic and gossip is constantly spreading.

This is exclusive to head office in Windsor. Some of the branches are run differently but head office is run by egomaniacs who have no clue what they are doing.

Middle managers are absolute morons. Rules only apply to the minions and not management. Owners literally show up 3 hours late every day and expect the employees not to miss one second of work. This place is beyond toxic.

The owners watch you on camera and you get in trouble for talking to others and going to the bathroom too often. The owners son talks about everyone behind their backs. The only staff that stay are the ones that have been there forever. All new staff leave shortly after starting because its so terrible. They pay well and office is beautiful but it is seriously a terrible place to work.

After working here for for almost 1 year I can say that the thing I love most is that hard work is recognized and rewarded.  I also really appreciate that growth and advancement is not only encouraged but fostered.  It is a focused, faced paced, professional environment.

Since starting at All-Risks I have felt a sense of security and stress free. 
I have worked in other insurance offices and they aren't as peaceful as All-Risks.
Management is super welcoming and accommodating to your strengths and weaknesses. They help you get to the net step in your goal and set their own expectations of you to help you strive.

The manager is a little confused and with 0 hourly and 0 base pay asks you to go to the office even if you don't have a job, and the employees ask you to do the same even if you sit in the office all day long, outrageous!

Okay job, data processors are over worked and paid nothing. Staff is money hungry and does not care about it's employee. Beware they will promise you a permanent role and fire you randomly before your 90 days.
