What is the best part of working at the company?
I worked with this company for 10 yrs.  Great people to work with and you always have something to do. Benefits are pretty good.  Great managers to work with that are very understanding of any changes in your life.   

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Time sensitive documents can be stressful at certain times of the month, but its a great time to learn how to be faster in the work that you do with a smile. :-) 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
This company is extremely family orientated.  You could not ask for a better group of people to work with as they are all friendly and helpful. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
busy :-) as they encourage you to help other people out when you run out of your own work to do.  The day flies by.

It has its ups and downs like any workplace. At first they were very interested in making sure I knew my role and duties. After I was trained, I was basically on my own.  
The communication between managers and assistant managers is poor, at best. Injuries and near misses go undocumented constantly. 
They claim to be a family oriented company, but the family they mean is the one in the  office- if you don't  fit, you won't be there long. 

Baron at first treated you like family, a few months in then any concerns are swept under the rug. Pay is not what you are originally offered,  when you ask about it they give you the run around.

This was a difficult place to work. You need to have your wits about you and be strong is math as you will be responsible for about 1mil in product to keep track of and replenish.

Baron is a great place to extend your knowledge of products and functionality of the industry.  Very fast paced busy place to work sometimes lots of overtime. Downfall is low wages and very hard work .

Owner is loyal and generous and upper management are a bunch of clowns.  Good work life balance but terrible culture that comes from the management.  No real HR program to govern them.

This is the best company I’ve worked for in my life. They’re family oriented and always make sure their staff is accommodated in any way. Managers are easy to reach and help in anyway needed for the job. Great pay and benefits to boot! 

Could not imagine finding a better group of people to work with. The owner is great and allows you the freedom to do your job. You have the opportunity to mature yourself from the ground up.

Very fast paced and critical work. Great working hours and great relationships with customers. Can get very busy all of a sudden and can be very stressful but rewarding 

Poor Management, 
Very clicky. Not enough time training and Management needs their ego stroked.
Customers are starting to find other places to shop since new Management came in
