The benefits are pretty good, lots of coverage

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of experience from the facility and management. If you ask for assistance from uppers management, they will not know what to do to assist you.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's a very negative work environment. The energy in the place is bad. The young people are cool and it's easy to bond with people, but everyone feels unhappy at almost all times 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day for me is very chaotic, it is a constant battle between issues that management can fix, but don't try to.

While working here, I have been greatly disappointed, especially management. I do not feel appreciated or valued in my role. I feel punished for trying my best. I am expected to push myself until I have nothing to give anymore.

I have learned a lot in my role, but this is due to having to educate myself as the higher ups have not had the answered I've needed at times I've needed guidance.

I have met great people and made friends while working here, but I have lost so many people I have cared for because of unorganized management

Managers lack knowledge of customer service and it causes labours to suffer the abuse of disgruntled customers. Complaints are handled poorly and managers do not investigate any allegations and are one sided
