Overall experience with Centricity was good except the new manager working there. There is enough space for learning and applying your skills. Only issue is manager who is not professional enough and do not even care about their employees’ hard work. Manager is more indulgent into employees’ personal life and hardly mind their own business. Employee turnover rate is quite high because of manager’s incompetence. Manager does not have any experience in clinical research and cannot even guide their employees properly because of the lack of knowledge. 

Meets every corporate Red flags: Mico management, no growth opportunities,  Noone listens, high turnover, no support from other departments,  unrewarding, sub standard salary, lack of leadership, no bonus, bad quality of studies, mass layoffs, constant restructuring, run by non-research based people, who lack empathy!
Used to be a stepping stone in the past, won't find a job if associated with this place.

Centricity Research fosters an environment of excellent teamwork and collaboration. Colleagues are supportive, approachable, and always willing to help, which makes a big difference in a fast-paced clinical research setting. There’s a real sense of working toward shared goals. A great place to be if you value a team-oriented culture.

This place provides a great learning opportunity.  The research team consists of a highly engaged team of youngsters that work together and support each other to accomplish tasks within deadline 
The Manager treats every requests equally and creates an environment of open communication which makes her the go- to person when problems needs solving.

I was temp. Their Receivanle department was a mess.  I learned that some companies just don't care about perfection. Just as long as work is done. Management does not keep up on the qork that is being done. The hardest part was them not keeping me. I would have cleanednup their Receivables. 


Brilliant management,  work culture and benefits. I love their employee appreciation days during summers . Great place to work. Great organization having many great studies

A great place to learn but with extreme workload and low salary. 

Most of the CRCs are leading more than 5 studies which makes it really tough to balance work-life. Extremely stressful and unrealistic expectation of management to reach study targets/goals. 

Amazing place to learn but no future growth opportunities within the company, low wages, no timely promotions. The fellow staff are very nice, supportive and cooperative.


It’s a nice organisation to learn and explore the field of clinical research. 
Lot of training sessions which help to improve our knowledge. It’s a fun filled workplace. 

Learning environment, non-toxic, non-judgemental, wide exposure. Increased work load, low pay, less scope for improvement. Supportive Co workers is a pro.
