Work there if you ready to contribute a lot o your night life and mental health, because the money they're paying is pretty good comparing to other restaurants, but amount of work and amount of stress you're going through sometimes is overwhelming

It is a fast paced and exciting environment to work in. The only downfall is that there are no benefits. The team is more like a family than coworkers so it was a great place for me to start my hospitality work journey.

Overall good place to work. Multicultural workers work at copacobana. Every person perfom their own duties. No one interfare someone s’ work. Employees are so honest and friendly.

Good hours. Low pay. I witnessed management yell at employees (multiple instances), very rude, unprofessional. Food is great however you're not allowed to have meat

In my opinion they could to provide safety equipments and break time for meal and rest during the shift, share the amount of earned tips bettween all the team.

Running the day to day operations of one of the top restaurants in the heart of Niagaras Tourist District. Extremely busy and rewarding.
Get to meet many new people, and work with a great team of staff and managers

room for growth and advancement, and loyalty is well rewarded. Workload can be quite high at time, and there are definitely bad actors but overall, assuming you would like to improve, the company can be accommodating 

To competitive and you don’t receive full tips right away. They don’t trust anyone that works there. You need to go through a vigorous training about the knives and hot oven.
