This is hands down the worst place I have worked.
The work culture is very toxic, everyone seems so miserable.. lots of people on sick leave/stress leave.
the management doesn't care about the employees, they lay off an employee or an employee quits they are never replaced. Instead, work is piled on the remaining employees desks. If you voice your concerns about not having enough time to do all the work they laugh at you or say you aren't being a team player. Overtime is an expectation (not paid). 
Blame game is a huge thing at data, its production floor Vs. Office. In the end the customer service team is responsible for EVERYTHING. No matter what, even if it is beyond our control. Production managers will make up a process that you should have known so in turn it is customer services fault. No one has your back there. 
Shortly after working there i was getting severe insomnia, i wasn't sleeping for days, and was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder. My doctor even advised that i shouldn't be working at data. 
They launched a new program that was and is a complete failure. I'm just so happy not to deal with that place anymore. Seriously, for your mental well being, do not work here.   
  The biggest thing that i have learned from working at data was how to remain calm, stick up for my self, and to appreciate other employers cause there is no place as bad as DCM

In my experience at the company, I was taken advantage of.  The coworkers are nice to your face but talk poorly to management about any little thing they can just to make you look bad and to make themselves look good.  They say ask questions a lot, but when you do you get in trouble.  Extremely stressful.  Management would make promises of training but wouldn’t come though on any of it.  In this company if you are a good employee that stays quiet and doesn’t cause trouble you will get fired, because someone else is talking behind your back trying to make you look bad.  That is the only thing I can not say bad about the management, because if they only ever hear one side of any story, they will go with what they hear.  I had high hopes going into the company just to be disappointed.  The company is poorly organized and poorly run.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Worked in bindery, & I was helping machine operator to pack a printed copy and before packing I have to check the print of paper whether it’s okay or not. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When it’s too big size of  paper of  pile & packing & box is also heavy & it’s repeated work with fast paced 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment was safe when I was working. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
When it is slow and you have to look for work  while you do cleaning

the culture is a happy culture at Data. People are not stressed as much since the roles and responsibilities are well defined. Bottomless coffee cups for free is a big hit in this company. Work is done in a family oriented concept where people are familiar with one another..  The CEO is a very pleasant and engaging individual and so are the other senior management team. their pleasant demeanor is contagious. You can't help but smile on a daily basis.

-People were not as talkative thus making the work environment very lonely and tedious

-Waking up at 6AM every weekend

-Seeing Co-Workers and interacting/talking whenever the chance appears.

Like the title says, I learned alot at DATA. My professional skills matured year after year. The culture at DATA needs to change, there is little to no honest communication between management and executives down to their employees. Departmental divide is huge is this company, and with everyone not in the loop, the attitude is usually 'pass the buck'. Overall, the employee base is exceptionally friendly and professional, if only execs could understand retention is important.

Former employee here - stay away , toxic environment, company treating employees as tools . Lack of vision and no cohesion in management plans for future. Many ideas to move fwd not followed , empty promises . Also the fact that they hire and fire a lot doesn’t really help in maintaining a good culture . Place has a revolving door .

holidays and weekends off is great, holidays are good, wages are ok but a secret causing tension with employees, there is a very strong culture clash some cultures don't want to train other cultures. They buy out people who have served for over 30 yrs and keep people with only 3 months no job security. Top rate is hard to reach. Fast-paced

Chaotic environment, bad management, do not follow processes and procedures, do not hire enough people, have to cover people on leave
Their internal system is like a joke - extremely confusing multiple systems that are decade old and outdated, have to do a lot of manual work to fill in the holes
Stressful, people burn out and leave, high turnover rate, hopeless

Horrible place to work in. Horrible bosses and horrible upper management. They only care what's coming into their pockets , they put people in charge who have no idea how things are supposed to function. Never around for assistance or support.  They leave their employees drowning in work never asking how it's going.
