Daily schedule would be coming in at 8am, going on your laptop to check your daily schedule, follow up on e-mails/phone calls, and plan what area(s) you will be cold calling. As soon as you're done that you head out, go to your meetings, cold call, come back to the office and put all the businesses you visited into the system with your notes. Eat whenever you get the chance either in or out of the office. 

As a salesperson, if you're not selling, you're struggling. Tough competition with every other company selling the same product. They're Marketing could use some help. Finally seeing T.V Ads which I hope helps. 

Worst part is, H.O keeps secrets and staff at other branches are aware. Staff consistently talking behind others back.

As a courtesy I am posting this to anyone who is considering working here as a field technician. If you need a job as an unemployed individual or an entry level trying to get in that is one thing; and even that I suggest to look elsewhere. However if you are at a somewhat stable job STEER CLEAR of this company. There is a great deal of back-talk about other employees, and if you are struggling they will let you go without much coaching to try and help you. Equally if are a top performer you, will, be gone as the other techs will feel threatened and will help in your departure (again with the whispers). This is not to attack the company I just dont want anybody to experience what i did. I left a large international company(low pay) as this place was paying alot more, but in the end I found myself out of work and was not a good career move!

Company is full of hypocritical management working as a clique or inner friendship circle. Organization and communication is non existant and the direction of this company is completely in the air with how things are managed. CEO is immature, unprofessional and needs a reality check. Focused more on partying rather than essentials for the business. Quick to blame when things go wrong but takes no action to prevent issues. Claiming they want to hear genuine feedback but show you door if you say anything against them. 0/5 stars.

Went from a junior sales rep in a downturn economy in Nisku and was throw into downtown as an inexperienced salesperson to face the gatekeepers all within the first year. Any major opportunities had to be referred to senior rep who sat in his downtown office on the days he actually showed up.  I was basically a cold caller with little to no training or support yet had a large quota that was very difficult to come close to as a junior with the issues aforementioned.  Company had so much potential but only the experienced reps who made big money had support and respect.

I enjoyed my time with this company, there was always something to learn and always something to be done, you were never bored or without something to do. When they moved to the building in gasoline alley the atmosphere became negative and hard to be at work and enjoy your time there. I left but would absolutely work for this company again you were made to feel like a value and an actual person when working here.

Overal it is a good company to work for, administration lacks every once and a while in different fields, the management could be more informative, a short video that the company got sold to a competitor is not what I expect from a good management, at least a conference call, where you can have a Q&A session...

Ex employee for this and before this Akinai Branch. The worst company I've ever worked for I was laid off by email ! No training no benefits racism especially from secretary and the boss at that time 2010.

The senior leadership at the time had favorites and everyone else were treated poorly. I have heard it has changed since then but was a high school feeling.

Work is okay - management is better than other places I've worked. Sometimes there are more tasks on your plate than there should be, but the expectation for overtime / unpaid hours isn't there. You just need to work with what you have.

Day to day business meetings, account management, daily administrative work, arrange meetings, time management, travel visit clients, use of microsoft words, excel, powerpoint daily
