What is the best part of working at the company?

I knew people.....but owner of company did nothing but yell and scream at his management team upstairs in offices...lots of talking against each other....in my opinion  very immaturity towards employees.....I personally loved  my job at Di-mond but not back stabbing that I witnessed happening against others

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Talking bad about others instead of having conversation with that person in private....

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It has a click kind of environment not a great place to go to work..atmosphere is very childish

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I had great day at work but was witness to others treated badly publicly....my opinion is if you've done wrong or make a mistake should be pulled aside not buraded infrastructure of others

Employees are great, they'll help you get the job done right. Management will never acknowledge hard work. If the owner is on the shop floor he's going to be complaining about something or changing something to try and reinvent the wheel. Make sure you act your wage here. They'll want top quality for an amount that's barely over minimum.

Please tread carefully would not recommend! 
Management needs an overhaul!
They do not care about employees!!!!
People get hurt everyday...
No room for advancement!
They make you work like a dog literally. 
Turnover rate is so bad they have people new coming in everyday. 
Your better off working at a Tim hortons making less money. 

Busy 
Every day we learn something new outside and in the work place, I learn how faster we can work with the day by day work.
my co-workers incredible people and helpers.
Harder part of the job is flip the side trailer.
the most enjoyable part of the job is when everybody enjoy as a family the break time,

All the people are very friendly to work with and all very hard working. Everyone know each other by name and is an energetic place to work. The offices are quiet but open for conversation between colleagues.

Overall I liked working there nice co workers fast paced but management could use more help....like a welding supervisor for gosh sakes sio welders dont have to constantly check and check and check

You work a fixed schedule of 6:30am - 4:00pm Mon-Thursday, and 6:30am - 3:00pm on Friday. And weekend work if you wanted but it isn't mandatory. Relatively fast pace environment.

Management needs a make over. No leadership from plant manager down to leadhands. Job discriptions are never properly explained, so other duties are added to workload. Very stressfull.

Is funny. 90% of people speak Spanish. They give you personal protection elements, but you must be careful with work accidents. Hard work but always day shift. I recommend, thanks!

We work together as a team. We help the other if not yet done to his work. And we have good washroom and room for break time and lunch time. And the managements is good.
