What is the best part of working at the company?
The owner Santo Difranco is reasonably accommodating. There is a welcoming and supportive atmosphere in this company, from management to coworkers all respect each others. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
None. This company is well rehearsed,  there is absolutely no stress from the company.  However, site specific scattered scenarios may ignite some stress but you will have enough support from your supervisors to deal with those situations. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Accommodating, supportive,  opportunities for growth,  and more importantly always carrying positive vibes.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Doing assigned duties, reaching out to other team members in case they need any assistance.

Normally i work at night, i need to patrol around building where i am assigned! I have learned how to manage time, how to do my work with full responsibility, how a teamwork works, most importantly my confidence boosted up 10% to 95% and i know i will learn more. Most loving thing is i have never seen see any grumpy faces after working so long, they always cheer me up. Doesn’t matter what's the problem is all colleagues of mine always been there for helping me out. I am loving this job because if your surroundings are good than you are good so, for me this is the best workplace.

Supervisor and Owner very experienced in the business, treats people with respect, offers staff exceptional training, has many years experience in Law Enforcement, Security, and Client Services.

The staff work well together, and the training process is very good.

He also acknowledges good performance by his employees.

Working here since 2 month. No issues at all, paid fairly and on time. Absolutely loving my this job as a part time job. Highly recommended. 
Very versatile and flexible. They just want you to do your work properly which is Ofcourse needed, they will support you by any means. 
Manager- santo here is super nice as he's very professional and caring. He will back you up, in case something is not right on site. 

You will have to drive around to multiple city's for job sites and will not be compensated for your travel,

Management does not have your back and will not help you with anything

I have been working for Difranco Security Service for one year and I only can say good things about it, professional, good training, serious and good payment definitely I recommend work there.

This Company doesn't pay on time and also doesn't pay very much. The management makes false promises of full-time hours and says they have your back, but they do not .
