This has genuinely been the worst workplace I’ve ever experienced. From day one, it was full of fake promises – they talked about fair tips, scheduled breaker shifts, and supportive management, but none of that actually exists. The tip distribution is shady at best, and every paycheck feels like something’s missing. When I asked for clarification multiple times, I was met with defensiveness and a complete lack of transparency.

Favouritism runs rampant here. The “favorites” get the best sections, more tables, and the highest-earning shifts, while everyone else is left scrambling for scraps. It kills morale and creates a toxic environment where you constantly feel undervalued.

I wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone – not even temporarily. It’s a draining, disorganized, and demoralizing place to work. Stay far away if you value your time, energy, or basic respect as an employee.

The management style is highly micromanaged, with favoritism evident in role assignments. Little to no rotation within the same department if you’re not the favored ones, while others are frequently moved around. Workplace relationships can be challenging due to coercive behaviors from colleagues. Also, the environment is very server-centered, making the BOH staff feel undervalued and treated as expendable. Hours are frequently reduced or cut, even though the pay is minimum wage and tips are very limited.

I’d avoid at all costs. The work environment is dismissive and very corporate, you’re just a number to them.  Behind the bar they’re currently training new bartenders because they’ve lost so many of their opening staff. Management is duplicitous and they’ll outright lie to you in the interview process, hence them lying to their opening staff about tip structure. Which by the way is fully taxed and non transparent. If you’d like to be treated poorly, taxed on all your tips with no tip breakdown, this is the place for you. 

You have to be trainers favorite trainee to pass the probation or else you won't. They tell you to seek for help to study for the test but at the more help you seek more you get eliminate. Tax on tips too

Decent place to work if you want a decent job with decent hours. Only thing I'd say is it is much harder to get promoted to be a server if that's what you're trying to do, everybody is trying so it's a lot of competition 

many works to do...if you are finding a relax work, i dont recommend applying here, but the working vibe here is quite cool, cuz i personally like stress environments, makes me excited.
