I personally believe that this company is actually able to give work to every aspects of people because its not that to work over there they really help me during covid -19 to manage my expenses when i have no job they give me more hours to work so that i should manage my home rents etcetera. 

Friendly people always support you  some changes needed to be done in management otherwise awesome always happy to help  great working environment safety is always taken care of provide enough support in case of medical emergency 

I personally find this factory is quite helpful for me that they really help me during my hard times especially in covid-19 when i have no job they give me opportunity to with us.

I appreciate the months working at Domfoam. It was my first job in Canada. The team was very friendly and professional. I work there for 3 months and i would recommand that company without hesitation.

Good place for beginners to learn but very limited growth opportunities.  Environment was calm and welcoming. Would recommend for if you are open to learning about the manufacturing industry. 

Poor communication amongst managers.  High stress environment as company fights to recover from bankruptcy.  Efforts are being made to create more structure in the operation of the company

It is stable but, it is important to negotiate your initial salary there are no increase, no extra hours pay, no bonus.... medium company without big spectatives of growing...

i worked as shipper so the shipping in domfoam was my responsabilty. I was like the captain of my team i decide how the ship the rolls in the trailer

-I learned how to answer the phones in a professional manner and i also got the opportunity to work with amazing people.

good company to work , good supervisor and have to work in fast paced environment , co- worker are good .if u want to start then it should be a good company.
