The management and team really save an otherwise absolute slog of a job. The supervisor is flexible, accommodating, and a joy to work with; truly exemplifying the power of strong management and keeping a team together, even in the face of a nonsensical, poorly paid job. The client care rep role itself is very much a typical dime-a-dozen minimum wage job. It's not clear why the answering service exists and how it actively benefits the company more than just hiring additional clerical staff at each shop, which wears down any sense of purpose you might have had. The pay isn't spectacular given that there are no benefits packages available to the entry level staff, and the incentive program is slim to say the least. The main perks are that the role is remote and the management team is strong.

The position is pretty simple at first, outbound survey calls to existing customers - may get boring to some. High employee turnover! Seen at least 5 employees start and 3 of them leave in the first 2 weeks I was with the company. Didn’t understand why at first, as the position is basic and entry level but possibly it’s due to the low pay rates the company offers. There is NO BENEFITS which is terrible. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the supervisor I had, she was very welcoming, supportive and inclusive! It’s an ok place to work but they need to raise their pay rates and consider including benefits for their employees!!! Good luck to all new hires in the future. 

The work is not hard, answering calls all day and taking customers order. My problem was I wasn’t given a fair opportunity to show my potential, you can’t stick someone in a corner and expect them to know everything that goes on in front. One long term employee didn’t like me and so it unravel from there. Sometimes there is a bit of miscommunication with dispatch and csr, as well as answering calls from different location is a bit of pain. But try to get in with the click and you should be good! 

2 days in office, three at home, so you never get a chance to know the people you will be working with, everyone hides behind their computer screens. I received some of the best training ever but no chance given to learn the job. I was very disappointed here, I expected so much more. The work was very interesting.  Great location if you live in Hamilton, ultra modern building, didn't like the way I was treated there, that's all.


Management was lousy and they never tell you if any changes are coming.   They promote the wrong people and take u for granted  and never cared about your feelings.  The USA customers never listened to you’re info and kept telling you were wrong 

Since UNIBAN had be purchased by DRIVEN BRANDS, everything became bad. A lot of micromanagement, not enough training or feedback, Company is always making new rules but never make sure to make available the resources to support those rules. 

Is remote so that's a plus, however management tactics and behavior are below par and not very professional. It's pitched as customer service but it's really sales with no commission and you will be not only scrutinized but let go if you do not reach targets 

Great place for learning; Steady Work.  Staff are great and the work is interesting.  Not extremely collaborative but that can grow over time.  Management are approachable but seem like they could be resistant to change. 

Turnover almost weekly, miserable management, no benefits, dangerous workplace/equipment. Tedious, boring tasks whilst serving clients who are always complaining of poor product. 

Best place I have work, everyone is respectful and friendly and nice and helpful and considerate and understanding. It’s just the best. The place is also very neat and noise free. I have no complaints.
