With residents up your a** all the time, zero appreciation for the work and effort you do, and with management refusing to pay a living wage, working here is mentally exhausting. I would not recommend a friend to work here, because once you get in, you get into the same routine everyday, making it difficult to leave. Also I want to add, Duka has a bad reputation with residents in general. They will put that frustration on you regardless of how awesome you are at work. 

Management always had an issue with the team. No training provided and very limited assistance. If you did not know something they would penalize you for their inability to teach you. Management acted like they knew everything and consistently talked down to their team.

Pay was always low, way below standard rate. Office manager was always passive aggressive and created a negative environment. She fostered cliques and pettiness against anyone she disliked.

Location is the worst and only benefitted the owner.

Work day is pretty the same task everything, but also a lot of different things happened everyday. Today you might not have any complain, but the next day might be very busy with tenant registration, flood, and emergencies.

the workplace culture is standard as like most of North American's corporates. Decent health benefit. 

Site Administrators are responsible for the following:

-Prepare notices & letters
-Obtain security reports and further investigate 
-Book amenities and collect money as per company policy
-Attend to resident inquiries and follow up in timely manner
-Complete Status Certificates in a timely fashion

Poorly run management in downtown condos. Management is not qualified and very unorganized. Poor social skills. Not satisfactory for working with the public. Big attitude! Manager thinks she is right all the time and we are wrong.

The work is overwhelming, management does not help you when you encounter issues.

HR cares more about protecting their management staff than helping site admins or lower level staff.

Much of the staff is under qualified to help you move forward or achieve your goals

Great company to work and learn everything about Condominium Property Management; Administration, ACMO requirements, relationship-building, time-management, communication, team-building, treating customer right

Well organised processing of documents, standards and general structure, which helps to get organised. Electronic info is backed up on main servers. Established procedures and plenty of manuals/templates available.

Work environment is stressful with residents down your throat all the time, with less to zero appreciation. No appreciation from the Company itself. Refuse to give a living wage to employees.  

Nicest employers in the business they are amazing understanding and a very educated business. They always make sure customers and taken care of and are very amazing company
