I am so grateful for this employment! There isn't a crazy workload - you're not stressed like other typical employers that expect the world from you. Upper management is express their happiness with your work, also offers little gifts! As an employee at Dupray I can confirm everyone matters and they take care of their employees - unlike other typical employers where you are unnoticed! The pay is very competitive and the benefits are amazing! If you have the chance to work for Dupray, count yourself blessed!! The office is amazing, it is so beautiful and cozy. The team is small, so it is easy to communicate and get to know everyone. They are all very welcoming, patient and nice. This job is a dream come true for me! I love every minute of it.. and loving my job makes me feel like I'm not actually working because I love what I do and I am actually looking forward to working! :) 

I love working for Dupray! Been here since September and its been life-changing for me! I never thought I would be working in such an awesome office. The back terrace, the kitchen, gym, and even our small personal offices are like no other place I have ever worked before. Most importantly I can't ask for a better team to work with (small office with a family vibe). They really let you work on your own stuff and not constantly watching you. The top of the line steam cleaners we sell are really unique and incredible machines! No negative comments and a great paying job with great benefits. Been working from home since the pandemic. They set us up with laptops but I never thought I would say this I...I miss going to work!

This company struggles with high employee turnover, and it’s not hard to see why. Promises made during the hiring process and throughout employment are rarely honored. There’s a noticeable lack of transparency and integrity from leadership.

Some members of management display aggressive and arrogant behavior, which creates a hostile and demoralizing work environment. Constructive feedback is often ignored, and employee well-being is clearly not a priority.

I would not recommend this workplace to anyone seeking a respectful, stable, or professionally supportive environment.

I have been working for Dupray for about 5 months already, I have to say that it has been an absolute pleasure working for a company such as Dupray, great learning opportunities, good ambience at the office, and friendly co-workers, great team. The owners and manager they do care about their employees, every since covid-19 they have provided us with all necessary tools to work comfortably not only at the office but also at home. In addition, they offer good insurance benefits, opportunities to grow and to learn, beautiful terrace, gym, kitchen and everything necessary, great experience! 

I worked at Dupray for 3 years. The team is small and hard working. I gained a ton of experience working there. They are an E-commerce company specializing in cleaning equipment. Watching 3 young entrepreneurs grow the company in front of me is an experience I will never forget. The hours can be long and the days can be hectic, but I felt I was fairly compensated for my work. It’s a work hard play hard atmosphere. Working at Dupray gave me the tools I needed to advance my career

Dupray has a young and dynamic team which makes for a great work environment. There is a lot of collaboration between the various teams which creates a stimulating day to day. Excellent working conditions (salary, benefits, working hours, hybrid wfh/office, on-site gym with personal trainer, full kitchen, office outings ect.) and great opportunities for growth would lead me to 100% recommend joining Dupray's team.

The busy days are the best and on the slow ones there is always something to do. The management is quite encouraging and makes it easy for you to want to do your best at work. The team is quite social and management often arranges team building activities that are actually fun.

A great place to work with a cool and diverse team. Very helpful and friendly team that works together to improve operations for both the customer and the employees. A workplace that is constantly constantly growing to improve, and recognize good work

Company is very small with tense atmosphere due to CEOs not respecting lower paid employees. Hires a lot of new employees but most are let go immediately. Oldest employee has one year tenure. Low pay, long hours and far from transit. Don’t let trendiness fool you, it’s terrible.
