Always work to do, but there is always tomorrow once the priority items are done. A client focused workplace without a client-is-always-right attitude. Emphasis is on working together with our contracts towards a common goal of successful management of their IT needs. We are a small company looking to add solid, devoted people to fit with out team.

The technicians here are some of the most open, welcoming, smart, intelligent best-in-the-business. My role is to make sure they have what they need to get their work done, which can come with both positive reinforcement, and growth-minded feedback from management. 

You can expect to thrive if you have a strong desire to troubleshoot and dig deep into learning about new things you may not regularly do or be involved in. Quality before quantity is emphasized, even when the workload creeps beyond what is ideal. 

If something is not working, steps are taken to improve but expect to take on initiative and responsibility.

I recently had the pleasure of working at Dyrand Systems, and I must say that it was a truly enjoyable experience. One of the things that stood out to me the most was the excellent work-life balance that was fostered at the company. I never felt overwhelmed or overworked, and the management team was always understanding and accommodating when it came to my personal life outside of work.

In addition to the supportive management, my fellow team members were also a joy to work with. They were always willing to lend a helping hand and were a constant source of knowledge and support. I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to work alongside such talented and kind individuals.

Training processes at Dyrand Systems were also top-notch. The company truly cares about its employees and their professional development. My manager was particularly supportive and always took the time to help me whenever I needed it.

Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about my time at Dyrand Systems. It was a great company to work for, and I feel fortunate to have been a part of such a supportive and talented team.

While Dyrand is a small organization (about 20 or so employees), they are quite established when it comes to their processes and combined knowledge and expertise. If you are interested in learning more about IT infrastructure, security, and cloud-based solutions, Dyrand's knowledge base is quite extensive in these areas.

People are great and supportive, despite the fast-paced nature of the industry. Everyone I got to work with is friendly and appreciative of others' work. 

While there are areas for improvement (as with any other company), Dyrand openly acknowledges these things and tries to address and fix them for good. 

Clients have stayed with Dyrand for years and years. Clients who have left are all due to external reasons. 

With Dyrand, you can work with different technologies, especially those related to Microsoft, some network stuff, and Cloud (Azure).
The management team does all it can to help interface the end users and technicians better.
The teammates are great. The culture is a mix between new and old but somehow improving for good.
The hardest part is to do repetitive work, but the most enjoyable part is to work with such awesome teammates. There is so much talent within the company that you can always learn stuff and keep pushing yourself if you have the right attitude.

Dyrand provides excellent learning and growth opportunities with good work life balance. Management encourages employee participation and provides flexibility to work from home. They want you to succeed at your job so that soon you are ready to take on more responsibilities and have career growth. All the employees are hard working and ready to jump in to help during Priority Items Escalations. 

I used to worked there as system analyst for almost three years, Learned a lot and also gave me lots of learning opportunities, very knowledgeable and kind peoples, you feel like home, everyone are willing to help you, excellent management, also very reasonable pay, I should mention that their office is pet friendly and I was so happy that I can take my dog to the office regularly. They really care about their clients and ofcours employees. I missed all those great people. Did I mentioned office has million dollar view??

Dyrand Systems has collaborative and supportive environment, most of our work involves dynamically sharing knowledge on the go, for new joiners as well the team is quite adaptable, friendly and supportive.
Management encourages us to always use new technologies as well as is always open to listen to suggestions we may have.
They also have a rule where afterhours work is only for emergencies which makes us manage our work-life balance very well.
Most of their clients are in Vancouver Mainland.

This is my first time working in an IT MSP so I was really anxious during the first few months.  But thanks to the amazing people in Dyrand who were so patient in guiding new members like me. They really take the onboarding and training seriously so that you are equipped to perform your job. And if ever you need help, other team members are eager to assist / extend support. There is so much to learn and if you are up for the challenge, this is a great place to learn about the industry.

Lots of turnover. Overtime is paid as time off, but at the regular rate not time and a half. Lots of overtime as you take turn at being on call 24/7.  
Good company to start your IT career as they will teach good service methods and proper setups of cloud service.
Management: Company comes first, clients second and employees last.

           I have been working for an MSP for almost 5 years now, and Dyrand is one of the best companies I've worked with. From day one, they provided assistance for me to improve how to do my work more efficiently and have always been ready to assist when I need help in serving our clients. It is truly a good workplace, offering a dynamic work environment that seamlessly blends productivity and support
