FM Global takes good care of their employees. The company offers many benefits, respects and value the employee. A career growth is granted within the company, it’s by far the best company I worked for.

Depending on the role, there are periods of time during the year where the workload can be a bit overwhelming.

Workday full of interactions, experiences and learning

I worked with nice people with who i will work again.  The compagny structure is so tight that good work is not rewarded.  It make you loose your creativity and talent.  Good benefit, ok salary.  If you want flexibility and safe work.  it your place.

Good company but very demanding with little to no work life balance. Performance is required to merit end of year bonus. AFM side is even worse with these aspects.

I enjoyed working for FM Global.  

Learned how insurance works and how it is handled which was very interesting.  My co-workers were nice and fair.

Very good Benefits and nice co-workers.  I really liked to work for this Company. I am leaving because is too far from home. Anybody will be happy to work here.
