With the fast growth rate the leadership team has worked diligently to preserve the amazing culture that has been fostered there since the company's inception.  This culture is evident in the warm comradery and welcoming environment that is prevalent from the minute you join the team. I go to work and I always feel that I am surrounded by friends.  The entire Leadership team led by the CEO and CFO are dedicated to helping everyone with their career and personal goals as we collectively strive towards our shared goals as a team. Field Safe is an amazing place to grow.

Field Safe fosters an atmosphere of inclusion and fun. During my time at Field Safe I have been blown away with the amount of effort that goes into making sure that we have a great team atmosphere everyday.

Working at Field Safe Solutions is exciting as it is continuing to grow. Since starting in September I have been given more responsibility and had the chance to enhance my skills. I have always been made to feel like my opinion and ideas are valued and always have the chance to speak up. It is a collaborative work space where employees are encouraged to get to know their peers they are working with and make it more enjoyable. This has been advocated by management since I have joined the org. It is fast paced and there is always new things to learn but that is one of the most enjoyable things about the job 

There is no job security, someone is getting fired or quitting once a month, pretty high turn over for such a small company. 

Incompetent management leads to the Dead Sea Effect. The good talent goes, and what is left are people that don't have other options.

CEO is combative, full of himself and doesn't care about employees that don't play soccer. If you are connected to the executives through soccer, you are untouchable. 

Okay place to get a paycheck while looking for another job, no one sticks around and it shows in the mess of a code base.

Fast paced company with a really cool product and lots of growth. Constantly getting bigger which presents new challenges and lots of internal opportunity. Culture is very positive and task oriented so it is clear what expectations are. It can be difficult adapting to the fast paced environment but management provides lots of support and communication to mitigate these challenges. Really enjoy seeing this company grow and feeling like I have a true impact towards the company and not just a cog in a machine. 

Field Safe Solutions provides a relaxed, yet fast paced and exciting environment to grow your career.  Management is highly engaged with all levels of staff and encourages team collaboration, whether working on a project or team building.  The employees are encouraged to grow and are given the opportunity to enhance the companies processes and procedures to help the business operate efficiently.  All around a fun and rewarding place to work!

This is not a good company at all.

Bonuses are not paid. 
They cancel your vacations, if needed.
The CEO yells at people and you need to praise him in order to conserve your role.
Managers are arrogant and not servant oriented at all.
Get ready to work long hours with no compensation.
Get ready to lie to clients.
Micromanagement.




If you want a place to take ownership, be rewarded for it and advance this is the place. If you want to relax and keep your head down, it is not the place. 

I have done more in my first 2 months than ever before and made more money as well. The sky is the limit. If that is what you want, you will get it if you work for it.

Field Safe Solutions’ work environment is excellent. Everyone is welcoming and willing to assist you, no matter the issue. It’s a great fast paced work environment and an excellent place to learn new skills and grow as a person!

Below average pay, upper management doesn't care about you or your career. Ceo is egotistical and fires people at will and without reason. It's like working for Musk but at a failing startup. 

Team is solid, everyone works hard, is honest and delivers quality work.

Senior leadership operates on an over promise under deliver model. Lot's of 'huge' deals and partnerships that are going to change the course of the company!! Only to have them fizzle out into sweet f*&! all.
