 The first two months were great, and then things went down hill. Office Staff would often gossip and talk down about both management and each other. Management had good intentions, but had no clear and organized way of executing plans and policies. I witnessed a few full on temper tantrums from grown adults. The executive team is professional and realistic but the rest of the office staff are completely unprofessional and very unpleasant to work with. The technicians were hard working and very knowledgeable, however, one guy would continually make comments about the other women and management did nothing about this. I felt there was no communication, I was often left in the dark and during my review one of the managers kept drawing triangles on the page and told me to “keep at it”. 

Working at this particular location I have witnessed a lack of caring of employees health and safety. Management is “old school” thinking and have difficulties being respectful to all employees and their beliefs.  Working in very dirty/ dangerous environments with little to no clear communication from management on the duties nor goal. Operations manager has misogynist views and can come off very unprofessional when speaking to others.

Okay company at first but then they expected us to do double the work for the same pay and work. Employees from a different branch were paired up with our branch and it made the company toxic.  Going to work became more stressful and listening to other employees complain with doing an important job made things more difficult during an already difficult time with Covid.

Small group, very close, lots of good times but untrusting office staff. Lack of communication, very manipulative, lies, uses personal info against you, dangles raises and work perks but rarely gives them out (always excuses), favoritism. Boss talks inappropriately to staff (sacastic insults) or tries to get you to talk about other staff behind their back causing conflict & miss trust in the workplace.

It’s not the best the people I work with are amazing the people I work for are not the best I love the work that I do but not at the rate of pay that I do it for if you’re looking for a balanced home work life this isn’t for you if your looking for a high paid job for the skills you have this also isn’t the job for you I give this job a 3 out of 5 stars and that’s being generous 

Work was roughly 9-5.Investigated wet basements, a kitchen that went up in flames, or a crime scene at a business location.  Took pictures of the damage then filed claims to the insurance company estimating the type of repair and the cost. Once the budget was approved by the Insurance company dispatch contractors to repair the damage, while keeping within the budget.   


Not the same daily. Cleaning up after fires, water damage and mold. They care about their employees. They will train. You can learn alot about what water damage can do. How to clean up after water and fire. You learn about mold and how to clean . They provide proper equipment and protective gear. They are a caring company

Good place to work for someone just getting into construction. Limits on learning do to most of the restoration being sub contracted. Majority of the work being emergency dirty and repetitive. Easy to get bored with the job after a few months as most days were cookie cutter jobs.

Set unrealistic exceptions. They are not obtainable. It is very small and there are very little resources available to get the projects completed on a timely matter. Very little personal accountability among some of the management.

it was very long hours some days. Very confusing direction, one person would say do this and another would say the opposite. The company was run very poorly compared to other similar companies in the industry.
