Company is very misleading. 
They say that they want to train you - but the way they train you is by having you do this in a very odd way.
The standard is that they want you to do it there way but you'll go to another site and they want you to do it the normal way, but yet you get in trouble for doing it either way.
Make no sense either everyone does the work the exact same or it's a free for all.
I got spoken to for requesting extended bolts because I should of made it into a question vs asking for them.
Bunch of fragile egos.
Dude broke 2 tanks to. 
Good in someways but pretty frustrating trying to do what's asked you you and getting in trouble for trying to do how the company wants it done overall 
I was out of line a lot but the company doesn't know that most sites leave at 3 on the clock and or people hide and talk for an hour. Like seriously an hour.
Or people show up super late.
 but me using a phone for a min was out of line even though I was way ahead of schedule with my work. Expect to be trapped into a single role 

Honestly it was the people that made that job, and with that the foreman.
I found if you got the right guys the job was fun and you wanted to make sure everything was done and done right. Where as other foremans and crew some times didnt know how to help or delegate wasting time and then taking it out when things werent done on time.
I think i was paid fairly but i knew of some other employees that werent and were just as skilled, some times more.
All and all i made some friends, got paid well and it was a clean 7-330 which I loved with only the option of over time and being on call, but like I said it was no problem to stay late if you had a foreman that wouldnt yell or put down. id rate my experience 3.5/5 but for a construction setting 4/5 definately
I would recomend Force to anybody i liked :)

What is the best part of working at the company?
The knowledge you get from being a apprentice, lots of journeymen to learn from. Coworkers are all great people

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It is a wood frame plumbing company so dealing with working around wood farming so if you’re a tower guy your pipe doesn’t go in first it’ll take a bit of adjusting 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
All depends on the crew but guys would eat lunch together joke around together.

This company is good place to start plumbing. They take pride of their work and they trained you like you are in school. If you are taking care and putting effort of your work they will recognize you and bump up your pay. All coworkers are very friendly and they give advice to become a good plumber. They will take care of you.
The only reason i left the company is i wanted to learn boilers and hydronic heating in custom homes. otherwise I would have stayed if they over that.

The management team of the company don’t care they will throw you out wherever they need don’t care about how far you live and the foremans in this company will go early on Fridays and they make leave everyone else to and you don’t get paid and if the employee asks to leave early on Fridays they will complain.
To succeed you have to be the Forman’s favourite no matter how hard you work. Too much politics 

Very nice company to work for. They have been around for a while and have continual work and treat employees with respect. Have fair wages and benefits and profit sharing.

They do company socials and care about their employees
you get to learn all aspects of plumbing you are not just stuck doing one task all the time.  I always look forward to their Christmas parties they are family orientated and my kids get presents.

i enjoyed working with them, i just didnt mesh with employees, the boss was great, the compnay was great i loved the location. i just didnt get along with the emplohyees who work beside me. they are old school and i had some good ideas

They dont force for any work. They provide special training for roughin, waterline and finishing. Co workers are very cooperative. Cool working. environment

Takes a long time to get a raise. Hard work hardly gets recognized. Immediately moved from one task to the other, often resulting in unfinished work.
