The Free For All Foundation is an organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and seniors in the most marginalized communities. They are dedicated to providing quality service and constantly looking for ways to expand its operations and reach. 

As an employee of the Free For All Foundation, you will never get bored as the jobs presented offer you the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks and gives a lot of exposure to activities happening within the community.

Overall Free For All Foundation is a great place to work and feel fulfilled. Employees are more like family than colleagues, as they work together to bring about change in various aspects of the community.

There is no such thing as a typical day at work. While Free for All Foundation is a non-profit organization, they have acquired some of the best volunteers that keep the integrity of the organization real. I learned that if you really have a passion to help and are wiling to put the work in, the possibilities are endless. FFAF is the type of organization that allows you to be creative and truly what your ideas, coupled with others come to life. co-volunteers are selfless and really dedicated. I would have to saw the most enjoyable part of the job would have to be seeing the programs come to life.

It is a good happy environment, everybody there is nice and friendly. The person running is helps a lot of people that work there an idea on how torun a camp business. When your work there as a camp leader you just have a group of kids and you stay with them and do some arts and crafts, and sports. While working there I learned that running a camp, and looking after kinds is really hard. The hardest part was probably the first day getting the kids settled down and stuff. The most enjoyable part was definitely  the police  basketball game at the end so much fun

Management is not only rude and lacks common courtesy to staff. They expect us to do everything while they sit and do nothing and do nothing unless the boss is coming in with the board of Directors. The supervisors pick on the camp leaders and try to get them in trouble so that they can get fired. It's unfortunate to say but a group of black people should not run an organization. It is disorganized, fraud, and not run properly I wish my feedback is taken into consideration. Everything is fake about that place and lie.

A lot of black kids standing out for the camp foundation, that is where the excitement stood out the most for the community. At the end of the day you would learn something new a different to overcome adversity at the basketball camp.

Free For All Foundation is a great organization for college students that have graduated from the Social Service Worker program.
It provides excellent opportunities to gain experience with primary and elementary students during after school programs.

I enjoyed working with everyone at the company. it was a learning experience since this job was new to me.

Must be able to work under pressure and independently. Staff are expected to know how to so everything when information is not provided to them. Staff are not recognized for their work.

Love it here and I recommend it for others that like working with kids . Basketball is the main focus but we would like to introduce other sports in the coming years.

It’s an okay job. They could be more organized and do more training with staff. Overall I liked my co workers and supervisors were okay. I think it’s like another summer camp job.
