Job involved interacting with the customers.
Review and validate all customer purchase orders (PO) to ensure they meet client contractual turn around times.

Conduct prompt and accurate data entry in internal systems for order processing including but not limited to OTS (Order Tracking System), SMP (Store Management Portal), SecurKey (Inventory Control Database), and Traverse (Billing Software).

Responsible for tracking all orders/ packages and coordinating with various internal departments to ensure customer request is handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Negotiate customer request dates with external suppliers and ship dates with internal departments to fulfill orders on time.

Respond to inquiries in a timely manner and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Establish & maintain positive relationships with company’s external and internal clients.

Responsible for logging all issues related to customer order in Perfect Tracker for reporting & resolution.

Prepare monthly order status and inventory reports to provide updates to Customer Service Manager and Account Manager.

Maintain accurate files and documentation to meet audit standards

Typical day sit with your face to your computer and backs to your co-workers. Everything is communicated via email internally and externally. No windows, no natural light. 
I learned about different systems and programs mostly from co-workers willing to share their knowledge. Overtime learned about the printing Industry on many levels. Co-workers are awesome once your allowed into the "click". Nothing was really hard but I guess it's was learning the formulas used in excel for efficient reporting. My co-workers, no overtime, work/life balance and no micro management were refreshingly enjoyable.

This workplace will give you minimal training and expect results from you immediately. Don't expect any sort of work/life balancing here as they expect you to be there over any other major event that may happen in your life. The management is atrocious, constantly favoring either their own family whom works there or their clique. Raises are non-existent and if you have to bus to work expect a long wait at the end of the shift. The only plus is the job security as they have a hard time finding people willing to work for them so those that do they 'try' to keep.
If you aren't able to be accepted into the clique than you can expect long days of stress and any issue that arises will ultimately be blamed on you.
Stay away unless you can't find any other work. Flipping burgers is better than this hellhole.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing is the worse company to work people just talk about you behind your backs and you don’t even know how much people are talking about you nothing is private with this company wach you back 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything you are learning to work there but go out side and they just talk about you you will be the conversation for about weeks to they find somebody and you talk to supervisor you need time off them every one know

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful you try to work but you are not sure if you well get help this days

No sense of direction for entry-level position. Salary and benefit package was not competitive. Work environment and culture is very clingy. No sense of team building and felt you were always working as an individual. If you are looking for an organization that you guide you to develop professionally, this is not the place. no room for internal growth and most of the learning is through other employees or self-taught and not through managers. "Training" does not exist.

All communication is done via email. They have a program for instant messaging, but nobody in the organization uses it.

Receive jobs through coordinator in a docket outlining the job specs and what is required.

I've learned about the providing good feedback and communication to make sure work goes smoothly.

Hardest part of the job is the lack of instructions provided by clients and or coordinators.

Most enjoyable is getting to use creative and problem solving skills to speed up work, resolve issues with printing (colours or fonts)

The pay is terrible and poor outdated  technology is used.
Half the employees I interacted with were fantastic, the other half were just awful and there didn't seem to be any middle ground in between.
You will be fired if you require or use any sick time, I saw this 4 times in one year.
They will only provide 2 weeks of holidays.
Usually employees come from Temp agencies and require significant training as it might be their first job.  Then with enough experience they will move on to something better elsewhere or be fired to start the process again.

Nepotism and lack of respect for hard workers with enough common sense to prioritize their mental health. Basically.. if you’re not a happy person go there. They’re a bunch  family members and long time family friends promoting each other… so gross. Can someone tell that  mean mugging, smile in your face while calling you names, corporate lady to get a new hair cut… it’s not 1998 anymore. Don’t get me started with HR one too. 

Very toxic environment. No employee reviews. Very biased. If anyone is acting like they care or are being nice to you, it is an act. They will be the first ones to throw you under the bus. Management is always overstepping each other. No structure among management, constant bickering of duties. Changes made to duties without consulting department head. Good place to learn things the old way as their systems are outdated. 

A typical day would include, me working at my desk for most of the day (unless there is a team meeting).
I report directly to my Manager and she reports to the CFO(Chief Financial Officer).
Most of the job is pretty straight forward. Once you get a grasp of the way things work, you will be OK and start enjoying it more.

The co-workers are very friendly and care about you.
