I was warned ahead of time about the toxic work environment in the office, but I chose to proceed and see if I could make a difference. Most of the front office staff are fantastic people, but certain individuals create a very toxic work place and interacting with them can ruin your day. The sales, mechanics and operations staff are fantastic individuals and extremely competent as are most of the office staff. The safety / HR culture is the very toxic part, and sadly that aspect envelops the entire workplace. As a sidenote to help keep your job there, never say anything about the toxic nature of the front office, do not stand up for yourself as it will lead to immediate termination...they are pretty ruthless there with little compassion for workers. And after you leave, be prepared to be continuously bad-mouthed afterwards.

Worst place to work! The workload is far from realistic, the equipment is garbage, the people they hire are so green and inexperienced that you will be pulling your hair out by the end of the day. Office staff wants a mother load of paper work handed in every day after working 14 or more hours. They hire anyone off the street and then your expected to work with the people and put up with harrassment, violence, constant fighting and ridicule. After all that you are still expecting do the disgusting job of sucking turds and urine out of the nasty bags they move from rig to rig. Not a nice job. You have to be desperate to work there.

Despite the face the office staff present when a person first starts working here within about 6 months the truth surfaces. The management is VERY toxic and biased towards family.  Any family employees can do or not do whatever they please, others are disciplined (usually by dismissal) severely.    One cannot stand up for themselves, even in a professional manner, without losing their job.  

This company has such great potential, however with the way they treat staff people just do not hang around. 

I would not recommend anyone work for this company. 

Go Services has been a fantastic place to work. The pay is excellent, the management does their best to listen to suggestions and problems and help resolve them, and your input is always valued. Many people in this company including me have been employed for years with no possibility of lack of work or pay cuts. The main goal of the management is to make sure every employee can provide for their family and get home safely every day. Would recommend to anyone looking for steady, secure work where you are more than just a number

Management needs H/R training. They have no clue how to build a team. Safety department is on a power trip would rather fire than help their employees grow. Management is unorganized. Management lets favorite employees decide whether there is going to be discipline others get the discipline without investigation. WTF?

There isn’t any stress , easy going and comfortable

Open, very friendly , very helpful

Busy, chatting with clients in the phone and walk ins

Awesome owners at this company they care about there employees. The owners of the company will stay in touch with you through out your employment with the company even if your a short term employee. If you can get past the smell then I recommend this company.

Overall a pretty decent place to work, can be stressful at times but that’s typically everywhere I’ve worked. Only have 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. 

Worked when needed route plan out for the day,  lots of safety meetings good work, good people , good working experience, good salary camp life is great,

If you fit in with management you’ll do fine if not watch your back most people there want to quit or it’s just temporary until they find a new job toxic
