I was hired and waited for 2 months to hear back for my first shift, I received no training whatsoever and worked 6 shifts where I was only payed for 2 shifts at first. I had to wait until my second pay check to see the money they forgot to keep track off. The management is incredibly unorganized, because they do not have set hours and actually outsource hires from other agencies and provide little support for those workers during events. Once I finished working 6 shifts they have not called back for any other shifts but have not dismissed anyone either while hiring other people and once you work a shift they only tell you when to clock in but you are forced to work there until they decide you can go home. The management is unorganized, unreliable and they pay very little. 

If you are considering working for this company I highly recommend you re-evaluate your choices. 

The Grand Bizarre is a myriad of questionable and shifty business practices. The company leader exudes high levels of toxicity, which creates a suffocating and intolerable work environment. There's also little to no organization, which often leads to confusion and "stern" warnings from the management. While there are a few redeeming qualities in terms of fellow employees, your time would be better spent searching for a different employer. 

There's a reason this company is always hiring as they have an extremely hard time retaining staff. As a recommendation to others in the Hospitality industry, just stay away.

My typical work day is 9 to 5  and what I learned there is how to cooperate and help each other not only thus but also how to interact with dwellers that's one of the main requirement of customer service job,if I would talk about workplace environment its really positive and management always help employers whenever they need any help, I enjoy working over there and most enjoyable part is that here you come to know about the different taste of folks and you also learn that how to fulfill their needs by giving your best ,moreover this job build up the strong communication skill as it is essential to have good communication skill to mitigate the language obstacles 

"Working at the convention was an awesome experience! The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement, and I got to interact with so many interesting people. The team was super friendly and supportive, making the job even more enjoyable. I loved the variety of tasks, from setting up booths to assisting attendees. The hours were flexible, which was a big plus. The only downside was that it could get a bit hectic during peak times, but that's to be expected at a convention. Overall, it was a fantastic opportunity to be part of such a dynamic event. I would definitely recommend this job to anyone who loves being in a lively and vibrant environment!"

My day started with a meeting about the event or normal day activities that each person need to perform.
They offer variety of opportunities to learn from if you would be interested in it.
Management treats you equally and always respond to the person seeking help or casual conversation
Learning new thing in start can be hard part of the job but as you start doing them you mold them according to what seems fit for you and they become fun 🤩

A typical day is like 9 to 5 job. Which is well balanced job with your personal life. I learnt soo  many things there that how to do work with perfection how to co-operate and coordinate with other. The management  is well organised and easly solve any matter within time. The environment is Soo good and well maintained, the vibes force you to do the work with full concentration. According to me the hardest part of the job is to Handel the clients. 

My day went smoothly at the job its a 9 to 5 job I believe that I learnt so many things from my workplace like how to talk to someone in a professional way how to coordinate with your teams the management of the company so that they handle every matter so easily according to me the hardest part of the job is to handles the outdoor clients and it’s also joyful for me to have this please and having such a good colleagues with me.

This is one of the worst jobs that I have ever had. When I went in for my training shift, 5 minutes in a manager yelled at me to get the place open, even tho I had no idea where anything was. The management is sloppy and they don’t know how to organize and run a venue. If you are in this industry I suggest staying away. They are sketchy & there is no communication. Long hours and you do not get rewarded for being good at your job!
