If you are looking for a relaxing or a low-stress job, Grandtag is definitely not the place for you. Grandtag is a decent workplace with quite a lot to learn. You would participate in regular meetings and training sessions. Things like communication skills, sales technique, work efficiency, processing system, as well as CRM knowledge will for sure improve a lot, depending on which position you are in. You would also have lots of opportunities to meet new customers every day and to provide them with our exceptional and luxury customer service experience. Colleagues are very helpful, easygoing, and supportive. Management is attentive to employees’ needs and difficulties, and they would responds accordingly. 

Grandtag is definitely not easy but definitely the place for anyone who wants to prove him/herself.  New staffs from different departments have clear guidance and system to follow when they start.  Clear KPI is set and continuous training from supervisors help on achieving those targets.  Colleagues work as a team and cooperative.  It is rewarding but intense, definitely not the place to look for a chill job.  

In some people's opinion, the working environment here is stressful because sometimes when unexpected and unforseen situation happens, you need to react and action quick. But this is exactly what we need to learn from life. Some tasks came with tight due date. Once you successfully complete on time, you will get significant reward, monetarily and mentally.

This company is still developing and the system is not perfect yet. But as a people seeking for sense of belongs, I enjoyed the feeling that you are growing along with the company and your colleagues. Whenever I bring up my opinions and suggestions in the report, I know my manager read it, appreciate it and then discuss with me to finalize it. That matters to me.

I worked here for 6 months. Colleagues are willing to help each other, and warm with each other. However the management are workaholic. Although they won't show their temper, they use straight rules to measure performance. I did learn a lot and earn better income than my current job, but I decide to quit at the end.

This company is expanding, provides reward training, colleagues are friendly and helpful. 
The management is caring, listens to my opinions and suggestions. 
There are lots of room for advancement and good work life balance.

You will meet energetic teams here along with creative and hard-working leaders. The compensation is stable and good, which is important especially during hard times like Covid pandemic.
