The management likes to sit at home and watch the cameras that is at the office to see if their guards are doing their job and assume they aren't doing their job. They like to put their guards down specially if your a dispatcher. They like to promote guards that aren't good (ex. Get banned from sites, start issues that is not needed.). The guards that do their job and does a good job is left behind and pretend they aren't doing their job and put them down.

There is nothing good about this company, only apply if you’re desperate for a job. They will quietly write up without notice, or explode on you when stressed about another issue. Every day is walking on eggshells hoping to not get fired. Supervisors are known to write you up and lie about the cause of why and situations.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There is NOT a best part with this company. They will do what they can to mess you over

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything within the office and outside sites.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
TOXIC. Management has favorites and doesn't hide it.

Job is easy, but also boring, risky and unpleasant. Constantly moving drug addicts and homeless people. Your required to wear body armor, and the company is widely hated by drug addicts and the homeless. Top and bottom wage is essentially the same. Family run business, no hope of useful promotion or raise. Employment standards are a constant concern.

I had a chance to work for them
I loved my shifts but personally felt there is no initiation to improve or promote workers
Best thing is having a fun shift and using a radio
Worst thing is I had to clean everything myself for my work and nobody else did it.

Easy interview process, employees only often get one uniform.  Lots of different shifts with varying hours.  Family run business.  Most shifts 8 hours, some 12.  Mostly nice people but sometimes authority can get to peoples heads, as with many lines of work.
